English and Italian as language source. French as target language.
Because in Europe there is a lot of different languages, Jaoul Translations offers translation from two major ones, English and Italian. Translations are paid on a per source word basis, which usually is 0.09€ per source word. Note that the cost will vary on expertise, deadlines and amount of work currently done or to do.
French is our only target language, as in order to give you a perfect translation, a translator needs to be a native expert in his/her own language. Madeleine is French, and has lived most of her life in France, giving her the ability to be up to date with current French usage.
Need translations from English to another European language?
Although we do not offer this service per se, we are happy to get in touch for you with other European native freelance translators we know. Jaoul Translations will not be responsible of any translations done by another translator than Madeleine Jaoul, and only offers to be a networking solution for you and other translators. Jaoul Translations is equipped with Wordfast in order to make your projects as easy to send to us as it can be. Wordfast's Translation Memories are compatible with most commercial CAT tools (including SDL TRADOS and Déjà Vu) thanks to its industry-standard segmentation method, TMX 1.4b support, and support for tagged content. That is why you can send to Jaoul Translations any kind of glossary or translation memory, we will be able to use them.
